To manufacture a perfect basin, more than 10 procedures need to be done and inspected over and over
again. In Tame’s ceramic basin factory, some of the core steps include:
- When the basin is still a porcelain body, our skilled workers need to
check the body carefully and modify it, so that the shape in the basin are smooth and do not
affect the drainage.
- During the glazing process, our skilled workers need to make sure the
glaze is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the porcelain body, otherwise uneven surface will
make it harder to keep the basin clean.
- Measuring the spillway and making sure it is the right size to match
other hardware overflow.
